The announcement was made today by Jane McCoggins, executive director of ESAC.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Accredited PEOs' clients, worksite employees, insurers and taxing authorities benefit from the program's financial assurance as well as the independent verification of the PEO's compliance with important state and federal employment laws and PEO regulation.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;

Prior to joining AlphaStaff, Starkman was president and CEO of OneChem, a software application provider to the chemical industry. Before working at OneChem, Starkman led a distinguished legal career, serving as the managing partner of his own firm for 10 years, as well as serving as a partner at Steel Hector &amp;amp; Davis, an international full service firm.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
