In his new role, Oakley is responsible for leading the sales force as AlphaStaff enters the California market, and overseeing the company's regional sales managers. </font></div>

He has served as a senior vice president and general manager of Ultimate Software, where he was a key player in a successful public offering. He has also worked for a wide range of companies including Gevity, Automatic Data Processing, Inc., and Bank of America during the course of his career, as well as Unum, a large disability insurance carrier in Chattanooga, TN. </font></div>
